  1. Which airlines honor the airline discount certificates?
    The Air Check airline discount certificates apply to the published fares of most major airlines. To redeem, you must call 1-800-800-9FLY (1-800-800-9359) with your airline certificate number and itinerary.

  2. Are the discounts valid on all flights?
    Airline certificate discounts are valid only on flights which meet the Terms of Service of this program. See Terms of Service for an explanation of the program guidelines.

  3. Where can I fly?
    Airline discount certificates are valid for flights originating in the 48 contiguous United States. Some discounts may be available to select cities in Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. Please call Lifestyle Incentive Travel at 1-800-800-9FLY (1-800-800-9359) to check availability.

  4. How much money can I save on a plane ticket?
    The discount varies, depending on the published cost of the airline ticket. The maximum discount allowed is $100 per ticket. Generally, the savings break down like this:

  5. How do I redeem the airline discount certificates?
    The process is simple. Just download your airline discount certificate(s) when you are ready to travel and call Lifestyle Incentive Travel at 1-800-800-9FLY (1-800-800-9359) to check availability and purchase your ticket(s). For additional detail, click on this link:

  6. Do I actually give the airline certificate to someone?
    Yes. After you purchase and receive your plane tickets from Lifestyle Incentive Travel, then you need to write the passenger's last name and departure date on each airline discount certificate redeemed and mail the certificate(s) to the address indicated:

    Lifestyle Incentive Travel
    Attn: Domestic Air Check Department
    220 Congress Park Drive
    Delray Beach, FL 33445

    Lifestyle Incentive Travel must receive your certificate within 15 days after you have received your tickets.

  7. Are there any restrictions to using the airline discount certificate?
    Yes. Generally, there are some requirements by the airlines, including a 14- to 21-day advance purchase on a round-trip ticket with a Saturday night stay. See Terms of Service for a complete explanation of the program guidelines.

  8. When should I print out my airline certificate?
    We suggest that you download and print your airline discount certificate(s) only after you have read the Terms of Service and are certain about your travel plans.

  9. May I use more than one airline discount certificate at a time?
    You may use one airline certificate for each ticket purchased that meets the Terms of Service of use, up to five (5) certificates per member year. Under the Terms, you may not combine multiple Air Check discounts for a single ticket purchase. However, you could use four Air Check certificates at a time, provided you were purchasing four qualifying tickets at that time.
