  2. How do I reserve a discounted hotel room?

    How to Save 5%-50% off on Hotel Access
    1. Search
      Search the hotel database to find a hotel

    2. Call
      Call the hotel of your choice in our Up to 50% off Hotel Network at the telephone number indicated to make an advance reservation. Be sure to provide the discount code.
      • As a member, you are entitled to save 5% to 50% off full-priced (rack) room rates, which is the hotel's regular non-discounted rate.
    3. Confirm
      Confirm your reservation and discounted room rate by asking for a confirmation number and the reservationist's name. Be sure to ask for the hotel's policy on deposits, cancellations and late arrival guarantees. Travel Values Plus® and Access Operating Company do not control the hotels management policy. Advance reservations are necessary to use the 5% to 50% off on Hotel Access Program.

    Hotel availability and your Discount Rates
    • If the discount rate is not available, check alternate travel dates, call back closer to your travel date, or contact other listed hotels in your area.
    • Only one room can be discounted per membership
    • If the discount is unavailable and no explanation is offered, ask for further information.

  4. Are there any restrictions to reserving a hotel room?

      5% to 50% off on Hotel Access
    • If the discount rate is not available, check alternate travel dates, call back closer to your travel date, or contact other listed hotels in your area.
    • Only one room can be discounted per membership card and card is non-transferable.
    • Due to limited availability, some hotels offering discounts on "any room" may exclude special rooms such as suites, concierge and premium rooms.
    • If the discount is unavailable and no explanation is offered, ask for further information.


      5% to 10% discount at favorite chains
      This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount promotional room rate or to book the Hotel Access. Not valid for group travel. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

  7. What if I called the toll-free number for a hotel chain and they could not give me the discount?

      You may only contact the hotel at the phone number listed. Hotel properties participate on an individual basis, and because of this you need to call the individual hotel and not the general toll-free number for that hotel chain. Because not all hotels within the chain participate, the toll-free reservation service may not be familiar with the 5% - 50% Off Hotel Accessreg;.
      5% to 10% discount at favorite chains
      Hotels participate in the program on an individual basis. To obtain the correct discount, you must call the number listed in the directory.
